Are you accepting commissions?

I am accepting commissioned paintings but due to current commitments, my availability is limited.  If you are interested, please email me the details of your project.  Please note: a 50% deposit is required before work can begin.  Upon completion of the painting, the remaining 50% is paid prior to shipping.  A tracking number will be provided for all commissioned pieces. 

What form of payment do you accept?

This store uses a Stripe checkout system which accepts credit cards as well as PayPal as an option for payment, please click on the coordinating tab at checkout.  Both forms of payment allow you to add multiple items if you choose.  Please note: if you choose to pay with PayPal, your order will process through PayPal and not through Squarespace so you will be directed to PayPal to complete your transaction.

Can I pickup my artwork from your studio?

Absolutely!!  If you live near Kansas City, MO, you are more than welcome to drop by and pickup in person.  Shoot me an email and we can work out a time to meet.

How is my artwork going to be shipped?

All prints are packaged in a plastic sleeve with a sturdy insert to help prevent the print from being damaged while in transit.  All prints are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (usually arrives within 2-3 business days).  International shipments will be sent via UPS with tracking information provided.  International buyers, please note that shipping charges may vary.  Please email me with questions or to get an estimate.  

How quickly will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 3-4 business days of confirmed payment.  This is a one-woman show so I personally package each and every order myself because I want to make sure each shipment is handle with care.  Please note, during the holiday season shipping times may vary.  

Do you accept refunds and exchanges?

All prints are handled with the utmost care, I want you to be completely happy with your purchase!  If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me and we will resolve the situation together.  Exchanges and returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, please contact me for details.  

All commissioned paintings and/or drawings can not be exchanged nor refunded.

*Please note: I retain all rights to all artwork, even commissioned and sold original paintings.  I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create unless the collector has purchased the full rights to the artwork (this is in addition to simply purchasing the original).  The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission.  The collector has the right to display the artwork in their home or business.  Artwork may not be resold or reproduced for profit in any way without the artist's written permission.
